We offer you Yoga Classes, Meditation Classes. The yogic system is based on the core belief that a human being's natural state is one of optimal health and wellness. In line with this thinking, we aim to reduce disturbances in physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual health to allow an individual to function at his/her optimal potential. In our classes, we place emphasis on breath awareness for sharper focus, loosening practices to prepare for yogasanas and hatha yoga poses for mind/body awareness, and pranayama/meditation for a deeper connection with oneself.
